BUSAN, South Korea - Steven Spielberg and India’s Reliance Big Entertainment have reached an agreement worth as much as US$1.5 billion to create a new, Hollywood-based film studio, ending DreamWorks’ relationship with Paramount, the Times of India reported Saturday.

DreamWorks Animation SKG has announced plans for a sequel to “Kung Fu Panda” to be released in 2011. The movie, like all DreamWorks Animation films starting in 2009, will be produced with 3-D technology, the company said in a statement Wednesday.
